1. Nanda Devi:
The Nanda Devi (7,816meters/25,643feet) is the second tallest mountain peak in India and considered as the toughest peak to climb in the world. It is two peak massif outlined a 2 kilometer long east west point. These together two peaks are known as twin peaks of goddess Nanda. The place is known for its steep rise from the local topography and raises over 3300 meter form its bottom on south Nanda Devi glaciers.
2. Garhwal Himalayas:

6. Dunagiri Peak:
It is the highest peak in Chamoli district of Uttarakhand, located at the northwest corner of the sanctuary walls, a ring of peaks enclosed Nanda Devi. It is towered with 7066 meters height. Trekking in Dunagiri Peak start from holy town Badrinath.
7. Trisul Peak:
Resembling like Lord Shiva’s legendary trident, Trisul is a group of three Himalayan peaks lies in the Bageshwar district of Uttarakhand. The area of mountains is a north-south ridge, Trisul 1 at the north-end and Trisul 3 at the south end. The heights of three peaks are Trisul 1 is 7120 meters (prominence 1616 meter), Trisul 2 is 6690 meters (prominence 200 meters) and Trisul 3 is 6007 meters (prominence 200 meters). This giant peak helps to access the following routes such as Almora, Wan, Bedini, Roopkund, Debal etc.
