We are a bookkeeping company based in Dehradun, looking for a commerce undergraduate for Data-Entry operations related to our customers' account books.
Being a work from home-job, we require the candidate to be computersavvy, fast on keyboard, versed with Microsoft products including MS word andExcel.
The candidate must have the understanding of data confidentialityprinciples.
Responsibilities:
❖ Read and process information from scanned papers, PDFs, and otherdocuments into digital format such as an Excel or CSV file.
❖ Tag receipts of transactions using the database, and store them in thedefined database profiles.
❖ Verify data to be processed from its original source.
❖ Retrieve data from it primary source such as Outlook, WhatsApp or othermail clients.
❖ Backing up of data to ensure data preservation.
Requirements:
❖ The candidate should be a commerce undergraduate (Male or female).
❖ Previous experience as a Data Entry executive or a bookkeeper will be anadvantage.
❖ The candidate must possess good typing skills, knowledgeable with latestversion of Windows, and other office products.
❖ The candidate must be able to communicate well in English in both verbaland written form.
❖ The candidate should have basic knowledge of computer hardware andperipherals.
